seems you are talking about having the buttons show up as in my own Blog http://j.mp/FBMemeI see you are using the following for style in your Tweetmeme button.
You can use the same for the FBMeme Button to have the desired effect.

Hey Mike,
I haven’t really been able to work out a way for that.
Will try to include this Option in my next Update.Seems The Facebook share button script doesn’t have this Option currently.
Will need to dig deeper into their Documentation/Code 🙂
